Hoy C5 - wala na bang discount diyan? dehins ko kasi know ang length ng mga mortgages riyan.. nag-inquire aku dati, ayun halos 1,000USD a month yata, tapos ang downpayment eh parang bumili na ko ng bagong BMW - kasi 5 years to pay lang.

Gusto ko talagang bumili pero - lam mo na.

Ang length ng mortgages...10 years max sa direct financing, 30 years sa pagibig.

Kung may pang spot downpayment ka, may discount ka na 8,316 pesos kaya 268,884 na lang ang spot DP instead na 277,200...

Pero bilisan mo...sandali na lang ubos na Santorina...
