Sofiah Core, SJV9

Sofiah is available in RFO (ready for occupancy). You can have it in core or complete but what I'll show in this post is the CORE, where the computation is found at http://house-lot-laguna-cavite.com/laguna/stjosephvillage9/sofiah_40.shtml for an inner unit and http://house-lot-laguna-cavite.com/laguna/stjosephvillage9/sofiah_60.shtml for an end unit.

Core is basically all you need for a much cheaper cost...it's best for people who have stricter budget or for those who want to have their own interior design...


...the kitchen...As I've said in some earlier posts, the developer used to put the kitchen inside the house but 95% of the time the buyers tear down their kitchen to put it outside and enclose that portion to add to the living space as a real kitchen. Having observed that, the developer decided to make it easier for the buyer...build the kitchen outside and all you have to do is enclose your area....but if you have an inner unit, there's a smaller wall to build...

...no ceiling...but it's your chance to put heat insulation before installing the ceiling if you want to, just to be cooler than cool, though it's not really necessary...
