Sampaguita, 2 Bedrooms

I took pictures last Sunday (April 8) but could only upload them now...hopefully I get to finish. 350+ all in all...so I have to divide them into groups...

Since I am being asked for pics of Sampaguita, here I am at your service...

Sampaguita, whether end unit or inner/regular unit, the interior is the same...Now that it is offered in Complete (2 or 3 bedrooms), I bring you the pics of the 2-bedroom Sampaguita...

this is an end unit...

...the inner unit

...as you enter the front door...

At the right, as you enter, is a space-saver idea for your TV

Mirrors give you a spacious feeling, which is best when you have limited space...

The dining area...behind the small ref is a bedroom...also to the left where the master's bedroom is...

...shelves atop the dining area...

...to your right, as I've said, is the front bedroom... Notice the TV by the front door so you can imagine how the house looks (door was open giving in a glaring sunlight)...

..to the left (from the dining view) is the masters' bedroom...

...with ventilation from the side (end unit only) and back (the smaller one)...

...the living room and the masters' bedroom...

...a view from the living room to the masters' bedroom...

...toilet and bath...

...9 tiles (length) by 5 across...

...flooring...

..another view from the front door (take notice of the flooring too)...

...a view of the living room from the dining (circuit breaker behind the door)...

...circuit breaker is used (not fuse box)...

...the back door...to the kitchen, which is outside...The developer used to have the kitchen inside the house but the buyers relocate them outside and enclose it to use that space for kitchen...Now they made it easier for you by putting the kitchen sink where it's always relocated to...all you have to do is enclose it...and no need to break-and-make the interior of your house...

The window atop the sink is towards the masters' bedroom and the other one is towards the toilet and bath.

The side of an end unit (taken from the back)...

Again, you just add 90k to the core price but that will be part of the equity/downpayment...
