Hi, firstly, I'd like to thank you for your efforts to webpublish relevant and updated info on jubi. The developer is severely lacking in this area... well, in many areas in fact...
I'm pasting here a post from an irate resident on your wikimapia entry for jubilation east... I hope that this concern somehow gets to the developer... it is beyond disgraceful, to think that they're selling mostly to absentee investors, the OFW's

This subdivision needs to start a homeowners organization soon and band together and sue Earth & Style for fraudulent advertisements.
A lot of things they are adverstising are not there. The place is really a mess, electric and water utilities are still temporary, no street lights whatsover, no prasadiya, houses being built without roads. Unsecured perimeterfence, and most of all cheap contruction materials are used to build houses. and many more.............
Hi egay, thanks for the compliment. I'll get the developer's attention and let them respond to the issue instead to give equal opportunity so we can see both sides of the coin. From my standpoint, they got delayed, but it doesn't mean they won't push through. For reasons behind their delay, I don't want to speak in their behalf until I'm very sure so I might as well call their attention. Again thanks for the concern.
