Updates and issues I'd like to post faster than I can edit my website...especially when it comes to inventory, issues with the business, questions that need answering regarding real estate in Laguna and Cavite, Philippines. Tidbits like certain info relating to the business as well like what is the difference between single detached and single attached, and even triple and double attached, current promos and for how long, etc., etc...

Now, PAGIBIG has upped the age limit for housing loan. Maximum now is 70 instead of only 65. So for those 59, you can still get a housing loan which you can pay off in 10 years (less 1 year assuming you're stretching the downpayment for 1 year).
