Sampaguita Core, SJV10

Many ask what's the difference between Core and Complete...

In the previous posts of Sampaguita, both are complete, now I show you the CORE...

As you enter the front door...Sampaguita is the only model that has its interior finish painted. As with the others, Sampaguita has no ceiling nor partition...

...no ceiling...you can install heat insulation first before the ceiling so your house is cooler than usual...

...the toilet & bath...

...the kitchen sink outside...

...another angle view of the kitchen sink...

If you get the inner/regular unit, you save on improvement to enclose your kitchen because the house at your rear will cover your kitchen...you'll just have to pave it and paint it for beauty...

...a view from the inside towards the front...

Sampaguita, 3 Bedrooms

To continue from my previous post, here is the 3-bedroom Sampaguita...

The front space was made into the biggest bedroom of the 3 which makes it the masters' bedroom...

The front door...knock-knock...

...the door opened...you see the living room and dining room...

...to your left, this is what you'll see...that's the masters' bedroom which occupies the front...

...entering the masters' bedroom...

...looking out the masters' bedroom...

...across the masters' bedroom is another bedroom...

...the 2nd bedroom...

...the other end of the room...

...back to the living, towards dining...farther...

...from the dining, you see the 3rd bedroom on the left...

...looking inside...

...from the bedroom towards the kitchen/toilet & bath...

...another angle...

...the kitchen...

...kitchen sink...

...kitchen cabinet...

...and cupboards...

...our last stop to the left, the toilet & bath...

...and that's the end of it, going out the door to reserve... ;) 5k only!

Add 160k to the core price to get this house...but it will be during the equity period only...the loan amount stays the same, thus, the monthly amortization is still the same...

If you want it cash, though, you get discount. :)

Sampaguita, 2 Bedrooms

I took pictures last Sunday (April 8) but could only upload them now...hopefully I get to finish. 350+ all in all...so I have to divide them into groups...

Since I am being asked for pics of Sampaguita, here I am at your service...

Sampaguita, whether end unit or inner/regular unit, the interior is the same...Now that it is offered in Complete (2 or 3 bedrooms), I bring you the pics of the 2-bedroom Sampaguita...

this is an end unit...

...the inner unit

...as you enter the front door...

At the right, as you enter, is a space-saver idea for your TV

Mirrors give you a spacious feeling, which is best when you have limited space...

The dining area...behind the small ref is a bedroom...also to the left where the master's bedroom is...

...shelves atop the dining area...

...to your right, as I've said, is the front bedroom... Notice the TV by the front door so you can imagine how the house looks (door was open giving in a glaring sunlight)...

..to the left (from the dining view) is the masters' bedroom...

...with ventilation from the side (end unit only) and back (the smaller one)...

...the living room and the masters' bedroom...

...a view from the living room to the masters' bedroom...

...toilet and bath...

...9 tiles (length) by 5 across...

...flooring...

..another view from the front door (take notice of the flooring too)...

...a view of the living room from the dining (circuit breaker behind the door)...

...circuit breaker is used (not fuse box)...

...the back door...to the kitchen, which is outside...The developer used to have the kitchen inside the house but the buyers relocate them outside and enclose it to use that space for kitchen...Now they made it easier for you by putting the kitchen sink where it's always relocated to...all you have to do is enclose it...and no need to break-and-make the interior of your house...

The window atop the sink is towards the masters' bedroom and the other one is towards the toilet and bath.

The side of an end unit (taken from the back)...

Again, you just add 90k to the core price but that will be part of the equity/downpayment...

Today I was able to take pics of the development of St. Joseph Village 10. I had a buyer today who reserved...and I learned one thing too... construction will start by mid-April this year! It's no longer a long wait! And another good news is, you don't have to wait till the end of your equity payment (6, 8, 10, or 12 months) before your house is constructed. Now it's only after 3 months! This is true for Sampaguita units, ok. For other units, we'll have to wait for further announcement.

Now for the pics...

This is the center gate...and that's the guard house...

The right side of the gate...

The left side of the gate...

As we entered the gate...this is the Parklea portion...which is Phase 2

And we started to walk the path towards Phase 1...

Still stepping on Phase 2...if you see the nipa hut on the right side, and look at the map, that's most likely block 16. I'm not exactly sure but there was no one to ask around at that time we were there...just looking at the road map, though, it seems it is block 16...I'll update you when I get the confirmed info.

And below is the Google Earth satellite view of St. Joseph Village 9-11 in relation to the office...
